Currently all major forms of payment are accepted that are accepted by Stripe who is our current payment services provider. We will be adding other payment processor partners very soon which will expand our reach and possible methods of payment acceptance.

We do not have a repayment or return of funds policy. All vendors are expected to work and when payment is received we believe that enough trust and credibility should be established before decided to pay any vendor for their services. Any returns would need to be handled directly with the vendor. 

Note that any direct violations of our Privacy and Policies for both vendors and clients should be actively and promptly brought to the attention of DLVmarket. Please send any inquiries or possible violations to [email protected]

An email will be sent to all purchases that are tied to the email associated with the current client profile. 

There are no licenses needed to purchase or participate within DLVmarket. We are happy to let you know that we do have Approved Vendors who have completed our Approved Vendor Application process whereby their ability to perform, fulfill, and properly service you as a client are audited and proofed by our team of business auditors. 

Look for the blue “Approved Vendor” badge on the corder of every product and vendor profile to ensure you will be working with the top quality vendors in our network.

Our Approved Vendor Application process starts with becoming a seller through our portal at the top of DLVmarket.com. From there you may submit a request to [email protected] via email. One of our staff will reach out to the information provided to walk you through the appropriate steps to become part of our AV Community.

We also want to note that Membership of DreamLoadVentures as well as an application fee will apply per each application submitted and just because an application has been submitted it does not guarantee approval for becoming our newest Approved Vendor.
